Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

1. Data Controller

This Notice has been prepared by [Finpro Danışmanlık Yazılım A.Ş.] ("Finpro"), acting as data controller within the meaning of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. Personal Data We Process

In connection with your visits to our website, your use of our contact and quote request forms, your job applications, or your business relationship with us, the following categories of personal data may be processed:

• Identity data: first name, last name

• Contact data: corporate email address, phone number, company and job title information

• Customer transaction data: the service/solution area you are interested in, your current SAP version, form message content, meeting and correspondence records

• Job applicant data: CV, education and work experience information, and other information you submit with your application (only if you apply for a position)

• Transaction security data: IP address, browser and device information, on-site activity and cookie records (see our Cookie Policy for details)

3. Purposes of Processing

 

Your personal data is processed, subject to the conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, for the following purposes:

• Receiving, evaluating, and concluding your requests and applications

• Managing proposal, demo, and assessment processes related to our services and solutions

• Establishing and performing contractual processes

• Conducting customer relations and communication activities

• Evaluating job applications and managing recruitment processes

• Sending promotional materials, newsletters, and informational messages about our products and services, where you have given explicit consent

• Ensuring website security, measuring performance, and improving the website

• Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from authorized institutions

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

 

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely: (c) processing being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, (ç) processing being necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations, and (f) processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms — and, where these grounds do not apply (e.g., commercial electronic communications), on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

 

Your personal data may be transferred, strictly limited to the purposes stated above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to our business partners, to suppliers from whom we receive services (including information technology, hosting, email, and communication infrastructure providers), and to legally authorized public institutions and organizations.

Our website is hosted on the infrastructure of Wix.com Ltd., whose servers are located abroad. Accordingly, data you submit through the website may be transferred abroad in compliance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Method of Collection

 

Your personal data is collected through the forms on our website, email, telephone, cookies and similar technologies, and face-to-face or online meetings, by fully or partially automated means, or by non-automated means provided the data forms part of a data filing system.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject

 

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred, in Turkey or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to a result that arises to your detriment through the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

8. How to Submit a Request

 

You may submit requests concerning your rights listed above, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller: in writing to our postal address above, via our registered electronic mail (KEP) address, or from your email address registered in our systems to contact@finpro.com.tr. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on their nature; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.​​​​​​​​​​​
