SAP IFRS Conversion

SAP Roll Out

With Roll Out projects, FINPRO can expand your existing SAP installation to a new country, another company, or a manufacturing site.

 

SAP Roll Out projects are based on pre-built SAP design, unlike the conventinal application. At the conceptual design stage, the existing design is evaluated and fit-gap analyzes are carried out. In this sense, it is essential to stick to the main lines as much as possible in Rollout projects. Deficiencies that arise during the concept design phase are approved by a board and only then applied to the system. In particular, there is not much discussion about the change requests required by the legal legislation.

If a Rollout is made to a different country, legal obligations in that country are quickly accepted. Change requests may also occur due to market dynamics outside the legal regulations or the dynamics of the relevant business processes themselves. In such cases, the approval process is carried out by performing an impact and benefit analysis.

All approved change requests can be shared with all countries, companies and locations for the benefit of the units there. These changes can be used live together with the whole organization in the place where the project is made, or they can be made available to other units with the Retrofit project after the relevant go-live project.
