In our recruitment process, we prioritize candidates who are eager for rapid development in SAP Financial Modules and are ambitious about building a career in the consulting sector.
We welcome candidates from all academic backgrounds; there is no specific degree restriction.
English proficiency sufficient for working on global projects is a key criterion in our assessment.
Our other key criteria include: problem-solving, analytical thinking, a results-driven mindset, a strong inclination for teamwork, excellent communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, project management capabilities, and the ability to travel internationally.
Candidates proceed through a multi-stage process: pre-screening, general analytical skills tests, English comprehension and listening assessments, a group discussion, and a final executive interview.
Our new consultants join an intensive, approximately 6-month training program at our FINACADEMY. This program encompasses the theoretical, practical, consulting, and professional English aspects of their relevant module.
We provide "One-on-One Coaching" sessions for our consultants, focusing on key development areas like personal transformation, teamwork, effective communication, and feedback culture.
Our managers and team leaders receive specialized "FINPRO Next-Generation Leadership" training.
